Making your own judgments regarding safety or feasibility of activities
Ensuring your physical and situational capability to participate in any recommended activities

TerraTraks is not liable for any injuries, delays, damages, losses, accidents, or legal consequences arising from use of the Services.

If you purchase a subscription, billing may occur monthly or annually. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Plans may change; we will notify you before adjustments.
